To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable – after this date the booking will be fully non-refundable.
A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, the instructions for which will be provided within the week of your arrival.

The apartment was fantastic. Location is perfect and we managed to get parked in the side street every day so that wasn’t a problem at all. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook (we did this a couple of times as were with young kids) and the wine, biscuits and milk were very much appreciated. Great to also have salt, pepper, tea and coffee plus tin foil! We didn’t notice any road noise Cannot fault at all. (Booking.com)

This is a lovely apartment in a great location in the centre of North Berwick. The beach is at the end of the road, and the main High Street with our favourite restaurant 'Herringbone' 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was spotless and felt very homely. Would highly recommend! (Airbnb)

The location was fantastic and we found it easily with great access instructions. On arrival, we received a lovely welcome pack and the flat was well presented and extremely clean. During our stay we found only more positives. The bathroom was lovely with the most amazing shower over the bath. The lounge was very comfortable and so were the beds with amazing pillows. The towels smelt amazing and were very good quality. Overall, we were impressed with the whole stay and would love to return. We used it as a base to head into Edinburgh on the train which was very easy and had a couple of days around the beautiful local sights too. Thank you for a lovely stay 😁 (Booking.com)
