For warmer days there is also a wrap-around balcony with spectacular views over Gullane and outdoor furniture – perfect for al fresco dining. The property also has a designated parking space, a great asset for your trip to East Lothian.

The surrounding area also provides the opportunity to enjoy stunning coastal scenery and pretty farmland, while being located just a 50 minute drive from Scotland’s capital city, Edinburgh. Explore East Lothian destinations during your stay, such as the Scottish Seabird Centre, The National Museum of Flight or Tantallon Castle.

The sun lounge features a comfortable sofa, which converts into a sofa bed, and two easy chairs. From this room guests can access the wrap-around balcony through a set of double doors.

The living room is connected to the sun lounge and has two large sofas. This room, with a smart TV and access to the balcony, is ideal for relaxing in the evenings with family or friends.

The dining area can be accessed from the living room and sun lounge, as well as the hallway. The dining table seats up to 6 guests and also features two easy chairs.

Kitchen:
The property has a spacious kitchen, which contains all your need for your self-catering break, including a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine and iron/ironing board for guests to use during their stay.

Bathrooms:
In addition to the 3 en-suite bathrooms, there is also a cloakroom toilet.

Outside:
Enjoy the wrap-around balcony with outdoor dining furniture and views over Gullane, as well as the shared garden.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, the instructions for which will be provided within the week of your arrival.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
