The Waverley North Penthouse is a newly decorated, spacious penthouse flat, located in the seaside town of Gullane. The property is ideal for your next golf break in East Lothian, as you can walk to Gullane’s famous golf courses and also play on the nearby children’s ‘pitch and putt’. Not only are all of the village’s local amenities close by, including the award winning Bonnie Badger restaurant, but the property is just a 10 minute walk from Gullane's fantastic beach.

Relax during your stay with the smart TV, books and board games in the property. For warmer days there is also a wrap-around balcony with spectacular views over Gullane and outdoor furniture – perfect for al fresco dining. The property also has a designated parking space, a great asset for your trip to East Lothian.

The surrounding area also provides the opportunity to enjoy stunning coastal scenery and pretty farmland, while being located just a 50 minute drive from Scotland’s capital city, Edinburgh. Explore East Lothian destinations during your stay, such as the Scottish Seabird Centre, The National Museum of Flight or Tantallon Castle.

The sun lounge features a comfortable sofa and two easy chairs. From this room guests can access the wrap-around balcony through a set of double doors.

The living room is connected to the sun lounge and has two large sofas. This room, with a smart TV and access to the balcony, is ideal for relaxing in the evenings with family or friends.

The dining area can be accessed from the living room and sun lounge, as well as the hallway. The dining table seats up to 6 guests and also features two easy chairs.

The property has a spacious kitchen, which contains all your need for your self-catering break, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and Ninja air fryer. There is also a washing machine and iron/ironing board for guests to use during their stay.

In addition to the 3 en-suite bathrooms, there is also a cloakroom toilet.

Enjoy the wrap-around balcony with outdoor dining furniture and views over Gullane, as well as the shared garden.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, the instructions for which will be provided within the week of your arrival.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the remaining balance will be payable.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.
