Description

Putt and Tide is a lovely, spacious 5 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 10 guests with an additional 2 on request for an additional charge. Centrally located in the very popular seaside town of North Berwick, East Lothian, the property is above the excellent Herringbone restaurant, ideal for grabbing a bite to eat. Putt and Tide has great views of The Firth of Forth and is a minute's walk from the West Beach. This double upper apartment is on Westgate, which is an extension of North Berwick's High Street.

North Berwick is famous for its international golf courses and award winning beaches and Putt and Tide is the perfect base for exploring. The private parking for two cars is located on St Andrews Street - one road up from Main Street. If you are bringing more than 2 cars, please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day

Bedrooms 5:
4 spacious twin bedrooms
1 double bedroom with a double bed and a single

There is an additional pull put bed on request in the double room. There is a charge of £100.00 to sleep 11 guests and £200.00 to sleep 12 guests

Bathrooms 2:
There are two bathrooms one on each floor. The main bathroom is very spacious, with a walk in power shower, bath, wash hand basin and w/c. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in power shower, w/c and wash hand basin

Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen has a dining area with a pine table and seating for 8. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, gas hob electric oven, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you will require.

Sitting room:
The sitting room is furnished to a high standard, with sofas, plus a cozy reading area. There is another dining area with fantastic sea views, as well as a flat screen colour television, DVD player and free view.

Outside:
Private parking for two cars behind the property off St Andrews Street - runs parallel with Westgate/High Street.

Putt and Tide apartment is perfect for large groups, families and for golfing parties. Bed linen, towels and utilities are all provided

General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £250.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £250.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Please note this property is on the first floor and is reached by a flight of stairs with around 10 steps. Once in the property the upper floor is reached by a total of around 20 steps with a small landing in the middle. There is no lift access available.

Directions

The parking is located on St Andrews Street which runs parallel with Westgate. Suggestion is to park on Westgate to unload the car. Then come out the flat and go left up the vennel, up the steps and this is the parking area. There is enough space for 2 small cars. To access the parking area from Westgate, continue on Westgate to the 1st turn on the left - Bank Street, turn left into Bank Street, then immediately left into St Andrews Street. The parking area is easy to find - on the left - first parking area after the houses and garages.

Private parking for 2 cars accessed from St Andrews Street. Park on Westgate outside The Herringbone Restaurant. To the right of the restaurant is a vennel. The main entrance is on the left side of the vennel. The parking is located on St Andrews Street which runs parallel with Westgate.
