Putt and Tide is a lovely, spacious 5 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 10 guests with an additional 2 on request. Centrally located in the very popular seaside town of North Berwick, East Lothian. Putt and Tide has great views of The Firth of Forth and is a minutes' walk away from the West Beach. This newly upgraded double upper apartment is on Westgate which is an extension of the High Street of North Berwick.

Putt and Tide perfect for large family groups and golfers. North Berwick is famous for its international golf courses and award winning beaches. This spacious apartment enjoys sea views of The Firth of Forth and has a small private garden at the back of the property. The private parking for two cars is located on St Andrews Street - one road up from Main Street.There is also free public parking about 1 minutes walk away. On road parking is restricted during the day.

2 additional beds on request at an additional charge each. There is a charge of £100.00 per person per booking

Bathrooms 2:
There are two bathrooms one on each floor , the main bathroom is just beautiful. Very spacious, walk in power shower, bath, wash hand basin and w/c. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in power shower, w/c and wash hand basin

Kitchen:
The kitchen is really spacious with a dining area with a pine table and seating for 8. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, gas hob electric oven, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you will require.

Sitting room :
The sitting room is spacious and furnished again to a high standard. There are sofas, plus a cozy reading area s. There is another dining area with fantastic sea views There is a flat screen colour television, DVD player and free view.

Outside:
Private parking for two cars behind the property off St Andrews Street - runs parallel with Westgate/High Street.

Putt and Tide apartment is perfect for large groups, families and for golfing parties. Bed linen, towels and utilities are provided

General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £200.00 as part payment , this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then , thirty days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable plus a refundable damage deposit of £250.00. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Directions

The parking is located on St Andrews Street which runs parallel with Westgate. Suggestion is to park on Westgate to unload the car. Then come out the flat and go left up the vennel, up the steps and this is the parking area. There is enough space for 2 small cars. To access the parking area from Westgate, continue on Westgate to the 1st turn on the left - Bank Street, turn left into Bank Street, then immediately left into St Andrews Street. The parking area is easy to find - on the left - first parking area after the houses and garages.
