The sitting-room window seat is the spot everyone will fight over, ideal for watching sailing boats, island trips and the lifeboat crews at practice.
The elegant living room opens through glass doors to a sophisticated dining room, both with uninterrupted sea views and glorious sunsets, while the bright kitchen and breakfast area is well equipped, including a dishwasher, tumble dryer and coffee machine. Of the four tastefully decorated bedrooms, three enjoy sea views, two have en-suites and the fourth looks over a private square towards Berwick Law.
