The beach is a stone's throw from the front door and there are stunning sea views from many windows. There are plenty of traditional Victorian features and the individuality of the house adds to the appeal of this large property. It has a fantastic, bright kitchen and large rooms; perfect for gatherings of family and friends. You'll be spoilt for choice for recreational activities, with the beach practically in the front garden and The Glen Golf Club a two minute stroll from the doorstep.

The ground floor sitting room is furnished with sofas, a small table set in the bay window which seats 4. Enjoy the sea views whilst having your morning breakfast, tea or coffee.
Victorian scullery
There is a ground floor scullery, which has the old style Victorian overhead washing pulley, which ensures your washing is out of the way whilst it is drying. There is a washing machine plus additional sinks if you need to sort out your clothes. This room can be used as a group meeting place or somewhere for the children to be entertained on a rainy day, as there is a large table with chairs.

The large kitchen overlooks the West Bay known as Milsey Bay. It has a fridge freezer, double oven, large central island unit, dishwasher and washing machine, and is fully equipped with everything you will need for your self catering holiday. The sitting room has easy chairs at the large bay window, plus a two seater sofa, TV and DVD player. For that family gathering or simply for entertaining, there is a large extendable dining table which seats up to 10 people.
There is a private secure back garden with a lawn. To the front of the house there is a small garden area and a gate leading you onto Melbourne Road and across to the beach.
North Berwick is a wonderful seaside town, well located for the best that Scotland has to offer. With breath-taking views along the Firth of Forth and the tiny islands of Bass Rock, Lamb, Fidra and Craigleith, it offers an unforgettable holiday destination. Its vibrant high street, with its range of cafes, restaurants and stylish independent shops is a great place to browse. The beach is at the heart of the town and the charming harbour area, with its pretty beach huts and colourful boats, really adding to the seaside atmosphere. Must-see destinations nearby include The Scottish Seabird Centre, The National Museum of Flight, Tantallon Castle and of course, a day trip to the beautiful capital of Scotland.
