Set yards off the 18th fairway on the West Links, a minute's walk from the 1st tee and with the historic town centre also on your doorstep. The property reveals breathtaking panoramic views that take in the golf course, beach, offshore islands and Fife coast across the Firth of Forth.
In a previous era, it formed the main part of Pointgarry Hotel and both then and now plays host to many leading characters from across the international golfing world. The space retains all of its period features, generous room dimensions and sometimes quirky charm. This is a very spacious and comfortable home that gives the space and flexibility to enjoy in a way that suits your group.
For beach lovers and walkers there is access to the John Muir Way and beach a few yards from the back door. Turn left and you have miles of unspoiled sands, turn right and the independent shops, bars and restaurants of the High Street are a few minutes walk away.

We visited PointGarry as a family for my Mum’s birthday weekend and wow, gorgeous house, stunning location and brilliant host. The bathrooms and linen were all spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything you could need and enough glasses/crockery/cutlery for everyone staying. The location is perfect. The views over the golf course are just breathtaking. We couldn’t have been more comfortable or made to feel more welcome by our lovely host. Would highly recommend!

A fantastic house in a brilliant location.
Pointgarry is beautifully appointed - spacious, comfortable, clean, with a well stocked kitchen and in a quiet location with off-street parking, fantastic views and only a minute from the golf club and the beach. The bedrooms have comfy beds with quality bed linen and fluffy white towels in the bathrooms and grab rails for those who need them (I mention this having holidayed with friends who suffered from the lack of these in an upmarket hotel). The small hallway at the back door was great for leaving wet/sandy clothes/shoes.
