Seahaven is a fabulous three bedroom, ground floor holiday property in the heart of North Berwick.
This family holiday home is a furnished seaside property and equipped to the highest standard, ensuring that your stay is memorable. The back garden is secure for children to play in, and there is private parking for one car as well as a mature front garden with deck sun terrace. The local shops, the West Beach and Westlinks Golf course are all only 2 minutes walk away. You access the property down some steps and onto the private front decked area
Open plan sitting room and dining room:
Open plan living areas provide a great sense of space, calm and comfort to chill out after a day of seaside fun, with a modern galley kitchen and fitted with all mod cons for easy self catering. There are 2 sets of bi fold doors from the dining area which can be opened up to 2 private, south facing sun terraces, also allowing families to eat alfresco and catch a few rays.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a electric hob and electric oven, fridge, washing machine, freezer (in utility cupboard), microwave and dishwasher

There is a private decked patio to the front of the property and a lovely secure garden to the rear. There is a patio area, decked area with outside table and chairs for 4 guests, plus a BBQ.
General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.
One parking space (right side) of the allocated parking area.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Seahaven is a lovely garden flat and is in an excellent area. It is only a few minutes to the high street then a further few minutes to the sea. The interior has been well looked after and been very well thought out to make our stay very comfortable. There are fantastic outside areas which would be fabulous in the warmer weather, unfortunately it was too cold to sit out, however as there are 3 patio doors allowing sunlight in it was lovely sitting having breakfast.
A couple of quirky things we found funny, the hot water tap in the bathroom sink is fitted wrong way round and toilet flush is odd to use.
I would certainly recommend this property and would love to return in the better weather to enjoy the outside spaces.

Lovely flat. Very clean. A bonus is the three outside areas for catching the sun or chilling after a day on the beach.
Linen , towels etc in plentiful supply.
Kitchen is well equipped and induction hob is easy to use.
The main feature is its position about 100 yds from the Main Street. Very handy. And an area for off street parking is very welcome in this busy town.
All in all, a delightful place to stay.

Beautiful apartment. Extremely well kitted out. Loved the new extension and outside decking.
Lots of light flooding in to this apartment. We loved the art on the walls, books and magazines to read as well.
So handy for the High Street and the beach.
Family has a superb holiday here. That included the dog!

Absolutely loved the place! Can't really comment on the decor and furnishings as the place was getting done up after we visited but we did like them. Right distance to all doggy walking places - beach, law, lodge gardens. Very homely and the owner was amazing and very accommodating. Hope to go back xx

Gorgeous property just back from the High Street. Lots of great beaches to explore (our favourite was Seacliff next to Tantallon Castle) and brilliant restaurants in North Berwick and the surrounding areas. Property was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. (Vrbo)

The location of this property was just perfect being close to beaches and High Street for picking up supplies . Parking is a bonus as is how easy it is to head out of North Berwick in both directions for exploring other areas nearby . The property is also spacious , tastefully furnished and has a lovely dining area both inside and out . We felt very at home from the moment we arrived . The kitchen was extremely well equipped which was great as we often have to cook rather than eat out due to our daughters intolerances . We also appreciated the comfortable beds and slept well . We would definitely book here again when we return to North Berwick. (Booking.com)

Family of 3 (children 9) stayed for two week in June. Cottage was totally ideal for a family and location was perfect with superb local coastal walks and easy access to Edinburgh and surrounding area. Apartment has all the amenities, whilst also offering peace and quiet. I have already recommended to friends. (Property guestbook)
