Description

Seahaven is a two bedroom, pet friendly, ground floor holiday property in the heart of North Berwick.

This family holiday home is a furnished seaside property and equipped to a high standard, ensuring that your stay is memorable. The back garden is secure for children to play in, and there is private parking for one car as well as a mature front garden with sun terrace. The local shops, the West Beach and Westlinks Golf course are all only 2 minutes walk away. You access the property down some steps and onto the private front decked area

Open plan sitting room and dining room:
Open plan living areas provide a great sense of space, calm and comfort to chill out after a day of seaside fun, with a modern kitchen and fitted with all mod cons for easy self catering. Patio doors from the dining areas lead to private, south facing sun terraces, also allowing families to eat alfresco and catch a few rays. There are large, sliding doors off the sitting room which open onto another private sun deck catching the morning sun. The dining room has a dining table which seats 4 guests.

Master bedroom has a double size bed
Second bedroom has 2 single beds

Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washing machine, freezer (in utility cupboard), microwave and dishwasher

Bathroom
The family bathroom has a bath, shower unit above the bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

Garden
There is a private decked patio to the front of the property and a lovely secure garden to the rear. There is a patio area, decked area with outside table and chairs for 4 guests, plus a BBQ.

General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.

One parking space (right side) of the allocated parking area.

If you are bringing more than one car please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day

Pet friendly
You are welcome to bring 2 well behaved small dogs or one medium sized dog. Please note there is a small charge of £30.00 per dog

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

    Absolutely loved the place! Can't really comment on the decor and furnishings as the place was getting done up after we visited but we did like them. Right distance to all doggy walking places - beach, law, lodge gardens. Very homely and the owner was amazing and very accommodating. Hope to go back xx

    Family of 3 (children 9) stayed for two week in June . Cottage was totally ideal for a family and location was perfect with superb local coastal walks and easy access to Edinburgh and surrounding area. Apartment has all the amenities, whilst also offering peace and quiet. I have already recommended to friends.
