Drem and North Berwick train stations are a 10 minute drive from the house (regular trains; only 30 minutes to Edinburgh Waverley).

Bedrooms:
There are 4 good size bedrooms. The light and spacious master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en suite wet shower room. Double french windows lead directly onto the large decking area and garden.

The 3 bedrooms are found upstairs in the original cottage, comprising 2 twin rooms and one adult size bunk bedded room, all with large sash windows and views over the grounds.

Kitchen/dining room:
Large, bright and spacious, this provides a real hub to the house. With designer oak table that can extend to accommodate 12 guests and centre island with bar stools, it as a room that can accommodate just about any group or family, whatever the size. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard and has an American style fridge freezer. French windows lead out onto the deck and garden.

There are 3 bathrooms, all with showers and one also with separate bath. 2 have under floor heating and all have heated towel rails.

Sitting room
The sitting room is spacious and light and is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and chairs. It also has a state of the art, wall mounted gas (log) fire; great for winter nights or blustery East Lothian days!

TV area: There is a TV/snug area off the main sitting room, with a large comfy 3 seater sofa.
