The Gulls occupies one of the most enviable positions on the North Berwick seafront, with uninterrupted views across the water to Fife and direct access to West Beach through a private gate at the side of the building. Described by guests as immaculate and spacious, it comfortably sleeps eight across four bedrooms.
The sitting room looks over West Bay, the harbour and Craigleith Island, and the dining room seats eight with fine views across the bay. The sun lounge is the star of the show, a perfect spot for watching the ever-changing coastline, with a small private patio just outside. The kitchen has a gas range cooker, microwave and washing machine, plus a breakfast table. A south-facing double sits on the first floor alongside a shower room and separate WC, with a further double and two twin rooms upstairs, two enjoying fine sea views, plus a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower.
A private courtyard leads straight to the sand, there is one parking space reached by a private road, and WiFi is included.
