Law View is a charming, bright and airy second floor, two-bedroom, split-level apartment, perfectly located just a stone’s throw from the Milsey Bay beach and boasts wonderful views over to Berwick Law – a striking hill top with whale bones erected at the top; there since 1709 as a land mark to guide the sailors home safely. Situated in the heart of North Berwick, you couldn’t be better placed to enjoy everything this seaside town has to offer, with a great selection of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and quirky boutiques; all just a short stroll away.

Living room
The welcoming living room features cosy sofas, a large flat-screen TV with FreeView and complimentary WiFi. There's also a well-stocked bookcase, jam packed with books, games and puzzles to keep the family entertained – the perfect place to sit back and relax after a full day’s sightseeing.

Kitchen
And if you fancy staying in and cooking your own delicious meals, you’ll find everything you need in the modern fully-fitted kitchen, along with a super dining area with wooden table seating up to 4 guests – a good spot to enjoy those locally sourced produce – the High Street offers delis, an award-winning butcher, bakeries and convenience stores. Integrated appliances include a fridge, freezer, oven/hob, microwave, even a dishwasher – you are on holiday after all!

Bedrooms
You have two gorgeous bedrooms to choose from, one with a double bed and the other with two singles beds. Both feature coomb ceilings and views over North Berwick, and plentiful storage.

Bathroom
A contemporary shower room with walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin complete this lovely holiday home.

Please note: this property operates prepaid cards for gas and electricity. You will have credit on both meters when you arrive, and we kindly request that you leave the meters in credit when you depart. Instructions on how to do this will be provided in the property handbook on site.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website it's safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £200 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart.

Duplex apartment over two levels. 1st level - front door opens onto the hall with the living room to the left, kitchen to the right, and the shower room straight ahead. From the hallway are the stairs leading up to the 2nd level, where you'll find two bedrooms to the left and right.

There is free on-street parking at the apartment, but this is restricted to 90 minutes.
There is a large free car park, 1 minute from the apartment, and also unrestricted seafront parking, 2 minutes from the apartment.

Parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day:
