Seagulls is an ideal self-catering holiday apartment for couples and small close-knit families. Located right on the beach overlooking the Bass Rock in the Scottish seaside town of North Berwick in East Lothian. The apartment is situated on Melbourne Place in a Victorian apartment building.
Seagulls has plenty of charm with high ceilings, large bay window, corner window seating, plus is situated less than a two minute walk to the town centre, where you'll find a great selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, and Milsey beach is literally on your doorstep.
Bedrooms:
1 x bedroom
The master bedroom is bright and airy with views over North Berwick and has a double bed. There is also a single day bed which can be used at an additional cost.
Sitting room:
This is a cosy sitting room with a twin sofa and a window seat from which you can enjoy the spectacular views. There is a flat-screen TV and games are provided to keep the family entertained.
Bathroom:
A modern bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, w/c, and wash hand basin.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, sink, washer dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you will require for a self-catering holiday.
Dining area
There is a family dining area with a dining table seating up to 6 guests.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Double Bedroom - with 1 x double bed and additional 1 x standard size single bed suitable for children not under the age of 4, and adults. (sleeps 2)
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties.

The Seagulls is in an amazing location, has sweeping coastal views and the interiors are very well appointed. We had everything we needed for a truly relaxing stay. Walks along the seacoast were what we came for and given this location how could we be disappointed? There is nothing like sitting by those two windows facing directly out across the East Bay toward Bass Rock, and sensing the rhythms of tides coming in and out, hearing the constant waves upon the shore, with seagulls flying regularly past outside. (For the time we were there, we moved the table over by the windows.) The somewhat quirky layout worked just fine for us -- the rooms are laid out lengthwise, one after another, with a wide hallway connecting them all -- happily also convenient for lacing up boots, hanging up coats, etc. The restaurants and shops on High St are incredibly close, as is the Seabird Centre. This was our fourth (roughly annual) visit to North Berwick, and the best place we have stayed by far. We hope to return and stay here again! (Airbnb)
