Number 70 is a first floor one bedroomed flat recently upgraded and refurbished in the market town of Haddington. In the heart of the town centre with easy access to local shops, bars and restaurants. Ideal base for visiting and exploring Edinburgh and East Lothian. Conveniently located on a bus route just 20 miles from Edinburgh where you will find, quite simply, more shopping, culture and attractions that you can shake a stick at!

Everything in the flat has been redone so the shower room is brand new, offering a clean and powerful shower with plenty of hot water and storage space. The quiet double bedroom, situated at the rear of the flat provides a comfy and cosy double bed with additional pillows and quilts, storage and a dressing area.

The Edinburgh bus stop is directly opposite the flat and will take you right into the heart of Edinburgh in just 40 minutes.

Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify your identity. If you want to take advantage of this free insurance, please make sure your verification is completed prior to check-in.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can opt to pay a £200 damage deposit 7 days directly with us before arrival. Your deposit will be held during your stay and refunded 5 days after departure, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please also note complimentary mid stay cleans (including the provision of fresh linen and towels) will be provided as follows:
Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans

Interior layout

Up one flight of stairs and first on your right is the main door to 70a. The door opens to a hall giving access to the bedroom, the shower room and the lounge/kitchen. The lounge/kitchen area is to the front of the property and a lovely bright room with double windows, one of which is a window seat giving a great spot to sit, relax and watch the goings on of the town below. There is also a comfy sofa and armchair making it a perfectly comfortable space to relax and enjoy some tv or a movie. A large cupboard off the lounge gives additional storage for jackets and shoes. The small but perfectly formed kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook up a storm and the fold away table and chairs make is possible to sit and enjoy a cosy meal for two.

    The full address of No 70 is 70A High Street, Haddington, EH41 3EN. The key safe is situated on the right hand side of the main door. A grey door, numbered 70. It is in the middle of the Haddington High Street just near the pedestrian crossing. Next to the haberdashery shop "Fabrication". These keys will give access to the main door and the apartment door. The apartment is up one flight of stairs and is the first on the right - it has a "welcome" matt at the door!

    Parking

    You can park free on the High Street directly outside the apartment. There are some parking restrictions during the day, please check the signs. If you wish you can use the long stay car park at the far end of the tesco car park which is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.
