Enjoy the panoramic sea views from this North Berwick holiday apartment situated less than a minutes' walk from the beach or the golf course. The 2nd floor apartment overlooks the West Beach from the sitting room and dining area and is on two levels. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy North Berwick!

North Berwick is a wonderful seaside town and with breath-taking views along the Firth of Forth and the tiny islands of Bass Rock, Lamb, Fidra and Craigleith, it is an unforgettable holiday destination. Its vibrant high street, with its range of cafes, restaurants and stylish independent shops is a great place to browse. The beach is at the heart of the town and the charming harbour area, with its pretty beach huts and colourful boats really adding to the seaside atmosphere. Must-see destinations nearby include The Scottish Seabird Centre, The National Museum of Flight, Tantallon Castle and of course, a day trip to the beautiful capital of Scotland, Edinburgh.

Sitting Room/Dining area:
The sitting room and dining room form a large, spacious L-shape which offers fantastic sea views across to the harbour, golf course and the Island of Craigleith. The large dining table seats 6 guests and there is plenty of seating including two easy chairs, flat screen TV and DVD machine. The property also has Wi-Fi.

This is a brand new kitchen which is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, washer / dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the essential items for your stay.

The apartment is located at the end of the High Street and is very central, making this the ideal location for a family holiday in North Berwick or a golfing break - the North Berwick Golf Club and West Links Golf Course are across the road.

A great bonus is a dedicated secure parking space for one standard size car at the back of the apartment block. Please note that, if you are bringing more than one car, public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day

Electric heating (individually controlled panel wall heaters), electricity, WiFi, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental

To make a booking you can book directly on this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

From North Berwick High Street take the right-hand fork very slowly as the entrance to Westgate Court is on the left about 20 yards from the left hand merge. Drive into the access. The electric gate requires the code to open and close the electric gate - see below for code.
