Sandy Shores is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 1st-floor apartment, perfectly located in the heart of North Berwick a stone's throw away from the beach. You couldn’t be better placed to enjoy everything this seaside town has to offer, and you’ll find an abundance of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and quirky boutiques as well as household names such as Costa (literally on your doorstep!), Joules, Fat Face and Trespass. A short stroll of less than ten minutes takes you to the train station where you can reach the heart of Edinburgh in around 30 minutes.

This apartment has been lovingly put together with personal touches throughout and lovely art adorning the walls. Although it is conveniently situated right in the centre of the lovely bustling town, its location is off the high street making the accommodation a very peaceful spot to relax in. With award-winning bakers and butchers around the corner, you have all you need at your fingertips.

Living Room/Dining Area:
The welcoming living room/dining room features a wood-burning stove for those chilly winter nights, cosy sofas, a large flat-screen TV with complimentary WiFi, Freesat and Netflix. There's also a well-stocked bookcase, games and puzzles – a wonderful spot to sit back and relax after a full day’s sightseeing.

Kitchen:
The modern galley kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook up a treat to enjoy in the dining area that seats up to 5 guests. Integrated appliances include oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with a freestanding microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms: 3
Three sizeable bedrooms invite you for a comfortable night’s sleep, all decorated in calming tones and come complete with luxury 100% Egyptian cotton linens throughout.
The master suite is a double room, featuring a splendid sleigh king size bed.
Bedroom 2 is also a double room with a king size bed.
Both double rooms have views over Market Place and have plentiful storage.
Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a single bed, also with plentiful storage, overlooking the rear of the property.

Bathroom:
The fully tiled, contemporary family bathroom with bath and overhead shower completes this delightful holiday home.

We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day

To make a booking you can book directly through our website it's safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart.

Other facilities

Please note the log burning stove is for use between 1st November and 31st March only, with a supply of kiln-dried logs at extra cost.
