There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a sitting dining room. The wonderful large south facing bay window in the sitting room offers a sunny spot to watch the going's on in the High Street below and also has views to the sea beyond.This second floor apartment has high ceilings, original features and large picture windows and a wonderful period fire place.

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven/grill, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee maker and washing machine. Everything you will need to ensure your stay is comfortable at this lovely seaside apartment.

Living room / Dining room
The sitting room enjoys views over the High Street with the sea in the distance. Furnished with 2 large comfortable sofas and a stunning window seating area, together with a dining table which seats 4. During the colder months you might want to enjoy cosy nights in beside the fire sipping a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and enjoying the tranquility of this room or watching the wall mounted smart TV or perhaps a movie on Netflix or Amazon Prime.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150 as part payment, this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 30 days prior to your arrival date, the balance will be payable plus a refundable damage deposit of £150. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you departure.

Make your way to North Berwick town centre and the High Street. Property is located a short distance along the High Street above Simpson and Marwick estate agent. Parking on the High Street is restricted, so we suggest parking in free public car park on St Andrew Street, 1 minute away.
