Island View is a fabulous 3 bedroom Victorian period apartment with stunning sea views overlooking the Firth of Forth and across to the Kingdom of Fife. Nestled along a quiet residential road in the seaside town of North Berwick, it is within easy access of the beach, and is just two minutes walk to the North Berwick High Street. Easy on-road parking which is a must in this town during the summer months of July and August. Also, there is a private patio area where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine or decide to dine 'al fresco'.

Sitting room:
The sitting room has stunning views overlooking one of the 4 islands in the Firth of Forth, called Craigleith Island. There is a large flat screen TV and DVD for the evening entertainment. Large comfortable sofas and an electric feature fire place for the chilly evenings. A feature of this room is the beautiful stained glass panel which enhances the whole sense of space and comfort.

Dining room:
This is quite unique as the dining area is set a couple of steps down. The table is situated so that every meal is enjoyed with the breath taking views of the sea beyond. The dining table will seat up to 6.

Kitchen:
This is one of the other great features of this stylish apartment. The kitchen is not only fully equipped with dishwasher, tumble drier and washing machine and everything else you need for your self catering holiday, but it is so spacious with loads of counter space.

Outside:
In case you miss it on your way in, just as you walk through the main wooden gate,to the right hand side is a private patio area. This is your special space for sitting and reading a book, dining al fresco or sitting with your favourite sun-downer or cocktail. As mentioned above, there is on street parking directly outside the property with no restrictions. The apartment is accessed through a gate ensuring privacy and security.

Suitability:
Just Perfect!!!! Yes, this is so ideal for the family get away, enough space for visitors and so warm and cozy even in the cooler months. Golfers will be in heaven. The International North Berwick West Links golf course is just around the corner and the Gullane golf courses are only 5 minutes drive away. Unfortunately, this property is not pet friendly, but we have some equally lovely properties that will welcome your dog.

General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment , this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then , thirty days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable plus a refundable damage deposit of £150.00. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Continue on High Street; keep right and then continue left up to traffic lights on Station Hill. At traffic lights turn right into York Road and then turn 2nd left into Fidra Road. Proceed around the corner and property is on right side. Through the wooden gate. Island View is on the 1st floor.

There is free on street parking directly outside the property on Fidra Road.
