Sanderlings is a stunning spacious Victorian beach front apartment on the 1st floor - plus the beach is just over the road! North Berwick's town centre, harbour and Seabird Centre are also just minutes from the front door, making this apartment a perfect choice for a family self catering holiday in North Berwick, East Lothian.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, washing machine (in the en suite off the twin room), and fridge with freezer. All the necessary crockery and cutlery are also provided.

Sitting room:
The sitting room has the most amazing sea views across the Firth of Forth to May Island. This spacious and bright room also has a large dining table seating up to 6 guests.

Outside:
Directly across Tantallon Terrace is the beach... enjoy stunning sea views in the sitting room from the large bay windows. There is also free, unrestricted on road parking.

Suitability:
Sanderlings sleeps up to 6 guests (upon request) so is perfect for families, couples and golf enthusiasts.

General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
