Cairnryan holiday home has one of the best locations in the seaside town of North Berwick. It is right on the beach front; it is also just a minute walk to the Glen Golf Club. Just behind is the putting green and the tennis courts. The views from Cairnryan are stunning; from the sitting room, one of the bathrooms and a bedroom.

The bathroom with a view! Enjoy the breath-taking vista whilst taking a bath or a shower. This bathroom has a bidet.
There is a separate cloakroom on the 1st floor.
The main family bathroom on the 2nd floor has a bath, walk in shower, w/c and hand wash basin.

The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave, belfast sink. There is also an oak dining table which seats 10. The kitchen enjoys open views of the tennis courts and North Berwick Law. There is a wall mounted television and dvd player in the kitchen.

Sitting room
The spacious sitting room has the most amazing sea views of the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock. There is a colour television and plenty of sofas for relaxing in this beautiful room.

Utility Room
The utility room has a washing machine, tumble drier and plenty of hanging space.

Towels, bed linen and all utilities are included in the price. one pet allowed - subject to prior approval. This is a no smoking property. To confirm a booking you will be required to pay a £200.00 damage deposit excluding any card charges. You can book directly online or call the office on 01620 671 966.

There is a patio area for outside seating and a BBQ area for those summer evenings! There is a private gate through to the tennis courts to the rear of the property and just over the road is the sea to the front of the property.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £250.00 as part payment , this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then , thirty days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable plus a refundable damage deposit of £250.00. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
