Imperial Apartment is a deluxe, self-catering apartment situated in the heart of North Berwick. This boutique apartment overlooks the High Street and has partial views of the Bass Rock from the Master bedroom. You could not be in a better position as it is centrally located with the shops, restaurants, pubs and of course the North Berwick beaches and harbour, all within a couple of minutes walk. For the intrepid golfers, 2 of North Berwick's famous golf courses are no more than 15 minutes walk away. This is the perfect place to enjoy a seaside holiday or golf break in East Lothian. Parking is ideal as the apartment block is next to the free Imperial Car Park.

Sitting room :
This picture-perfect sitting room is furnished with a luxurious extra large sofa, single matching armchair with foot rest and for the ultimate relaxation, a leather reclining armchair. Whilst you relax in style there is Satellite TV with a surround sound system. For quiet romantic evenings you can put on your favourite music on the Dvd player. Wii plus games will keep your 'wee' one occupied during those rainy days. Games, board and electronic, reading material and other entertainment materials all provided. Solid Oak furniture throughout property with oak flooring, so we do appreciate you taking your shoes off during your stay. Complimentary slippers are included (adults only)

Kitchen and dining area:
Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, Hahn cookware, Denby crockery, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. A selection of teas, coffee, milk and sugar provided for each guest. The table will seat up to 4 people.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a king sized, pocket sprung bed with additional memory foam topper for extra comfort and support. Just to spoil you, there is a flat screen TV, dvd player and ipod docking station. This glamorous bedroom not only offers the very best in bedding quality, but the linen and towels are all hotel quality white. There is also excellent storage with oak wardrobes and chest of drawers and a large, full length, free-standing mirror. Take a peak through the window and you will have a mesmerizing view over roof tops of North Berwick across the Firth of Forth and of the Bass Rock.

Just as delightful is the second bedroom with a single bed but with a double duvet bed set to ensure a high quality of comfort. Neatly tucked away in the cupboard is a fold out TV plus a DVD player, plus radio alarm clock with ipod docking station. There is an additional bespoke oak trundle bed (at 2.5Ft x 5ft long its suitable for a small child only) and this is on request at an additional charge of £50.00.

Both bedrooms are fitted with black out blinds to ensure those long lie ins are not disturbed (vital during the summer months).

Bathroom:
A very stylish contemporary shower room features a double-couple walk-in shower with body jets and rain head shower, WC and wash hand basin. High quality bathroom toiletries supplied, heated towel rail, and a heated (demisting), illuminated mirror - perfect for make up application. There's also an electric socket for shavers on the side of the mirror.
As part of the 5 Star treatment, enjoy the gorgeous velour bath robes and slippers.

Outside:
The Imperial building main door is accessed next to the exit of the Imperial Car Park. This car park is free of charge and so perfectly located.

Imperial Apartment is perfect for small families, couples enjoying a romantic break or a couple of golfers wishing to enjoy a luxury property right in the heart of the stunning seaside town of North Berwick.

Special Note:
Graded annually by Visit Scotland as a 5 star luxury holiday apartment. There is a storage area on the ground floor level perfect for prams, bikes or golf clubs which must be requested at the time of booking. Complimentary welcome basket provided for each booking containing fresh bread, jam, tea, coffee, fruit, cereal and fruit juice .

General:
Central heating, free use of telephone, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental. To confirm a booking you will be required to pay £250.00 part payment. Thirty days prior to your arrival the balance payment is due. Due to the high quality of the fixtures and fittings, we politely request a Security Deposit of £300 payable at the time of making the balance payment.
