Beachcomber is a bright and spacious 2nd floor holiday apartment a stones throw from the east beach and North Berwick town centre is less than 5 minutes walk. Tennis courts are nearby and the harbour, golf course and the famous Seabird Centre are all just 5 minutes' walk away, making it a perfect choice for a family holiday in North Berwick, East Lothian.

The sitting room is a spacious lovely bright lounge with TV, DVD player and sofa bed You can see the sea from the sitting room bay windows

There is a well equipped galley kitchen and separate dining/family room off.

Dining room :
The dining/family room has a large dining table with chairs to seat 6 guests.
An additional TV is located in this room and WIFI is available.

Bathroom:
Family bathroom with electric shower fitting.

Outside:
The apartment enjoys an outdoor drying area in a shared, enclosed garden.

Suitability:
Perfect for families , sleeping up to six on request, for couples and of course for golf enthusiasts. This holiday apartment is available for a Friday to Friday booking. If you would like to use the sofa bed please ask at the time of booking. There is an additional charge of £25 for up to 2 additional guests. There is also a travel cot and high chair available if required at no extra cost.

General:
Gas and electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment , this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then , thirty days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable plus a refundable damage deposit of £150.00. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
