Beachcomber is a bright and spacious 2nd floor holiday apartment in North Berwick just a stone's throw from the east beach and North Berwick town centre is less than 5 minutes walk. Tennis courts are nearby and the harbour, golf course and the famous Seabird Centre are all just 5 minutes' walk away, making it the perfect choice for a family holiday in North Berwick, East Lothian. This property is also available for a Monday and Friday check-ins during low season, plus has WiFi.

There is a well equipped galley kitchen and separate dining/family room off.

Dining room :
The dining/family room has a large dining table with chairs to seat 6 guests, as well as an additional TV.

Bathroom:
Family bathroom with electric shower fitting.

Outside:
The apartment enjoys an outdoor drying area in a shared, enclosed garden.

Suitability:
This property sleeps up to 6 guests (upon request) and is perfect for families, couples and of course for golf enthusiasts. If you would like to use the sofa bed please ask at the time of booking - there is an additional charge of £12.50 per guest for up to 2 additional guests. There is also a travel cot and high chair available if required at no extra cost.

General:
Gas and electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental price.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
