Aviemore is a delightful seaside apartment in North Berwick right on the water front. This Victorian beach front holiday apartment has high ceilings, large picture windows, offering breathtaking views of the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock. Enjoy a home from home well equipped galley kitchen and open plan sitting room overlooking the Firth of Forth , perfect for a family beach holiday or golfing break

There is a double sofa bed in the sitting room for up to 2 additional guests.

Relax and unwind in the sitting room with the breathtaking view! There are two large comfortable sofas, one being a sofa bed which can be used on request. There is a flat screen television for your enjoyment plus a DVD player. There is an additional charge of £50.00 for the use of the sofa bed. There is a brand new kitchen with with electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a dining table to seat 4 overlooking the sea

Bathrooms:
The bathroom with bath and electric overhead shower, w/c and wash hand basin.
En suite shower room with walk in shower, wash hand basin and toilet off the master bedroom

What more can I say....... breath taking ... step out your front door and stroll along the beach. A perfect way to enjoy this stunning part of the coastline, no matter what time of year you are here visiting North Berwick.

Suitability:
Aviemore is really the perfect ground floor two bedroom beachfront apartment for a self catering Beach Holiday or Romantic Break in North Berwick. Take a short stroll into the town centre and browse through our wide range shops and enjoy the pubs and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Parking can sometimes be challenging along the waterfront at the height of our summer months, but there is the Imperial Public Car Park which is free and just a couple minutes walk away.

General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental. To confirm a booking you will be required to pay a minimum of £100.00 part payment excluding any card charges. Thirty days prior to your arrival the balance together with your refundable damage deposit of £150.00 will be due.

We have a wonderful choice of properties to meet your preferences and requirements, whether it is a Scottish golfing break or a family holiday.

Continue along High Street. First turning right into Market Place. Turn right into Forth Street. At intersection of Quality Street and Victoria Street turn left. Continue just past the Seabird centre. Property located just before Balfour Street. Free unrestricted parking on road.
