This beautifully designed, dog-friendly ground floor flat is situated just a few metres from North Berwick's east beach. With its sea views, open fire and comfy, stylish interior it makes a perfect year-round retreat.
The flat has two bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed and one with a single bed and bunk/platform bed - living room, kitchen, dining area and shower room.

Living room
This sociable space has a window seat with views of the Bass Rock, a comfy sofa, 2 fireside chairs, a seating area in the bay window for playing cards, reading or looking at the view, TV & DVD player and broadband. The dining space is just off the living room with the galley kitchen to the left.

Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/ice-compartment, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area links the kitchen and living room.

Bedroom 1
The main bedroom is at the back of the flat and has a kingsize bed, a rail for hanging clothes and drawers.

Bedroom 2
At the front of the property the second bedroom has great views of the sea and Bass rock. There is a single bed and a platform bed, suitable for kids aged 6+ or adult kids up to 5'6". A sail can be drawn across the window for privacy while still letting in light. The wardrobe space and drawers are behind the single bed head.

The hall has space for coats, a pulley for hanging damp clothes, great lighting and a walk-in cupboard, where there is a washing machine and space for wellies, buckets & spades and your beer or gin stash.

Shower Room
Large electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

While we accept well-behaved dogs at this property we unfortunately do not accept other types of pet.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart


Bonshaw by the beach is 2 metres from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the High Street, Scottish Seabird Centre and North Berwick's historic harbour.
There are wonderful views of the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock, the world’s largest northern gannet colony with 150,000 birds on the rock.
