Sand Cottage is a gorgeous seaside holiday cottage in North Berwick. With 3 bedrooms, a roof terrace, garden and sea views, Perfect for family holidays in North Berwick It is located right in the heart of North Berwick on Melbourne Place . Enjoy the views from the sitting room, kitchen and the roof terrace The gorgeous sandy beaches are just 2 minutes walk !! This really is the perfect place to enjoy a seaside holiday or golf break in North Berwick

Location, location, everything on your door step .... The High Street shops, restaurants and pubs are within a minutes walk from the front door , The beach and North Berwick harbour are 2 minutes walk . North Berwick West Links and The Glen Golf Courses are less than a 10 minutes walk from the front door and less than 15 minutes drive away is the famous Muirfield Golf Course in Gullane.

We are pet friendly you are welcome to bring up to 1 well behaved dog . The price per week, per dog is £45.00. Please simply select this additional option when you are making your booking.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Once in North Berwick drive along Forth Street. At intersection of Quality Street and Victoria Street , drive straight over and this is Melbourne Place The property is on the left hand side . You might be able to park right outside to unload and depending on the time of day and also if the parking restrictions are in place. Otherwise continue along Melbourne Place and turn right , this will bring you into The Imperial Car Park which is free and unrestricted
