split in to two single beds if required), fitted storage, a desk, chair, make up
mirror and stylish en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, heated chrome
towel rails and stylish LED mirror lighting.

The second bedroom enjoys a King size bed and fitted storage. Both bedrooms provide luxury, allergy free bedding throughout, and have walk out access to the East facing balcony (with views of Edinburgh Castle) The second bathroom is equipped with heated chrome towel rails, LED mirror lighting and a chic shower enclosure including a choice of rain shower or adjustable nozzle options.

The living area has a large comfortable sofa bed with Double sized mattress,
