This is a great apartment for a family located close to the town centre, beach and the local railway station with regular trains to Edinburgh and a short walk 5 min walk, to North Berwick's High Street, Discover our local independent shops, cafes and restaurants, The beach, harbour, Scottish Seabird Centre and the Golf Clubs are all within walking distance

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment , this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then , thirty days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable plus a refundable damage deposit of £150.00. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Directions

From Glasgow and the West - Join the M8 to Edinburgh, continue on the City Baypass A720 Eastbound then take to A1 South signposted to Berwick. Exit at Bankton Junction for the A198 following signs to North Berwick. Travel through Longniddry, Aberlady and Gullane to North Berwick. Dirleton is the main road ,leading into North Berwick , 51c is on your right hand side , just after the first set of traffic lights

From South and East - Follow A1 North. Exit at Thirstly Cross roundabout onto the A199. After 1 mile turn right onto the A198 to North Berwick. Drive through the town cenre, High Street and Dirleton is the main road ,leading iout of town towards Gullane , 51c is on your left hand hand side , just before the last set of traffic lights

Having recently stayed at Holmgarth we would definately recommend it and stay again. We received a wonderful welcome from the owner. The flat was spacious and had everything you needed. Wi fi was great, the kitchen had everything to ensure you felt it was home away from home. It's in a great location and only a short walk to the beach a d town centre. Secure parking at the rear of the property was also a bonus.
