Dirrumadoo is a stylish, spacious 3 bedroom holiday home in North Berwick, perfect for a family holiday or a golfing break in North Berwick. The property sleeps up to 8 guests, with private parking and is the perfect location for catching the local train to Edinburgh

The apartment is conveniently situated, just a 5 minute walk to the first tee of the renowned North Berwick West Links, a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the harbour.

Sitting room
Open plan sitting room with large flat screen TV with Sky Sports. Plenty of comfortable sofas and a sofa bed accommodate 2 additional guests - please note there is a £100 additional charge for use of the sofa bed. There is also a fabulous extendable dining table which seats 8 guests.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave

The master bedroom has a king size bed which can be split into two singles on request - here there is an en suite shower room with walk in shower, W/C and wash hand basin

We have a cot and a highchair available on request and a box of toys!

The family bathroom has a bath, shower unit above the bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

This is one of our child friendly properties with a travel cot, high chair, changing mat, children's plates, and toys all provided, making your packing a little easier!

Private parking for one car with further, unlimited parking at the station across the road. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment, which is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

The private parking is directly behind the apartment block and you take the first left before the pedestrian crossing. the apartment is within block 1 and is flat 3

Stayed a couple of nights in this lovely apartment. Although near the main road, very quiet. Location convenient for the station. An easy walk into the town where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants. Golf course and beach also nearby.
Flat is well equipped, clean and tidy, beds very comfy. Highly recommend this excellent accommodation for a holiday in North Berwick.

Wonderful apartment in perfect location in North Berwick. Our family of 4 stayed (2 small children), and there was plenty of space for all of us and it is really well kitted out so had everything we needed.
The apartment is really quiet and very convenient for walking in and out with a buggy - we wandered down to the beach everyday. There are two access doors, one towards town and the other straight to the dedicated parking space which was perfect for loading car etc.
The apartment was immaculately clean, with a great welcome from the host and clear instructions.
We will be back!

A gorgeous and comfortable apartment with high quality furnishings and beautiful decor. It was perfect for a young family with high chair, cot, children's crockery and even a box of toddler toys.
We loved our stay in this fantastic location, with daily strolls down to the beach and the train into Edinburgh on the doorstep. Thank you!
