Seabreeze is a charming spacious 4 bedroom terrace holiday home right in the heart of North Berwick. This is the perfect location because you are no more than 1 minutes walk to the captivating East Bay and Harbour and the alluring North Berwick High Street.

Seabreeze is the perfect family holiday home and is great for entertaining as it is so spacious. For golfers, you are within easy walking distance of the famous North Berwick West Links and a short drive to The Glen Golf Course.

Bathroom
There is a spacious family bathroom with roll top bath, walk-shower, w/c and wash hand basin located on the second floor. There is a separate cloakroom/ toilet on the first floor.

Living Room
The perfect room to relax and during the colder spells, there is the feature open fire. Great comfortable sofas and wing-back upright chairs. Large flat screen TV, CD and DVD player.

Dining Room
This is undeniably the feature of this delightful home. For easy catering of up to 8 people, and sets the ambiance for great entertaining. As you will see by the pictures there is a very impressive library with all the reading material you could wish for. Do not be shy to browse, but remember someone else might appreciate the book you picked up.

Kitchen
This modern kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens side by side, ceramic hob, large American type fridge/ freezer, double Belfast sink, washing machine, microwave and all the essential items you will require for self catering.

Outside
Seabreeze has a lovely outdoors area - partly grassed and partly paved with table and chairs for dining outside. It is all fenced and gated so is perfectly safe for little ones to play. There is private parking immediately across from the entrance gate for two cars. They are clearly marked with Number 5. Please do not park anywhere else in the lane.

General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental

To make a booking you can book directly through our website its safe and secure. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You will then be required to pay a minimum of £150.00 as part payment , this is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then , thirty days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable plus a refundable damage deposit of £150.00. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

To Seabreeze, 5 Lorne Square, North Berwick, EH39 4HU

Continue on High Street; First right into Market Place; First right into Forth Street; continue past 'The Auld Hoose' pub, Lorne Square is on the left hand side. This is a very small access road and difficult to manoeuvre a large vehicle. Please park immediately against the wall where parking places are indicated with number 5.

Two parking spaces are allocated to Seabreeze. They are clearly indicated against the wall with number 5. Please do not park any where else in the lane.

We loved this house, the location was brilliant, seconds in one direction, you're on the beach, in the other, enjoying lunch on the High Street! The house feels really welcoming. We are a family of four, but it's great for bigger groups. The kitchen is unusually well equipped for a holiday home and the dining table easily sits 8-10 people. In addition to the lovely kitchen, there were loads of books and DVDs, of good quality. You really do get the feeling the owners want you to have a lovely time and have made an effort to ensure you do. The rooms are all a great size as well; no squeezed in rows of bunk beds here, all the bedrooms are spacious and bright. All in all, we were very happy with our choice and would recommend it as a great house to anyone looking for comfort, location and space.

Lovely big house with garden and private parking outside. Near to beach and all local amenities. No pets allowed which is a bonus as no stray dog hairs! Lounge could do with a wee update and a catch on the gate to stop it blowing open? But these are trivial points and in no way detracts from this fab holiday home. We will be back!
