Sealaw is quite simply captivating!! This a stunning 3 bedroom seaside holiday apartment located right on the sea front in North Berwick, East Lothian. Come and enjoy the fabulous views from the sitting room, kitchen and the sun lounge. The sun lounge or glass conservatory is undoubtedly the most exclusive feature of this fabulous home. Just imagine yourself, sitting with your favourite glass of tipple, or a mug of hot chocolate, being hypnotized by the breath-taking rolling waves and scenery. The gorgeous sandy beaches are just across the road, with the North Berwick tennis courts to the rear of the property. This really is the most perfect place to enjoy a seaside holiday or golf break in East Lothian.

Sealaw is located in the pretty coastal town of North Berwick. The High Street shops, restaurants and pubs are within an easy walk along the coastal road . The North Berwick West Links and The Glen Golf Courses are less than a 5 minutes' drive from the front door and less than 15 minutes drive away is the famous Muirfield Golf Course in Gullane.

Great news! We are now pet friendly. You are welcome to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs . The price per week, per dog is £45.00.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an Duel fuel range cooker, fridge/ freezer, Belfast sink, washing machine, microwave, dining table with fabulous views across the Firth of Forth. Brother Max scoop highchair available.

Family bathroom with a beautiful free standing bath, walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Sun Lounge:
This is a stunning glass conservatory where you can sit and relax and enjoy the views. It is simply furnished with sofas and a low table ideal for snacks and aperitifs .

Sitting room :
The sitting room has two sofas; large flat screen TV. There is a wood burning stove which can be used on those cooler nights! The panoramic views from these large windows are of the Bass Rock and May Island and the Fife Coastline across the water.

Outside
There is private parking for one car strictly outside the garage. Please do not park any other cars in the lane as it is very tight. Just down the Marine Parade is rough free car park overlooking the see. This is ideal for guests. Parking on the roadside is not permitted and this will be subject to clamping and/or parking fines. To the rear of the property are the tennis courts and the putting green; plenty of beautiful walks around The Glen Golf Course and of course across the road is the beach.

General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental. To confirm a booking you will be required to pay a minimum of £100.00 part payment excluding any card charges. Thirty days prior to your arrival the balance payment and damage deposit will be due. This is a pet friendly property and a charge of £45.00 per dog. per week

Great location, great weather, great flat. Books, games, DVDs, fishing nets, windbreak, balls, tennis racket, massive TV, comfy beds and sofas, really good kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of space. Easy to catch a train to get to the Edinburgh festival. What more could you want? Another week's stay!
