Coast Properties Self Catering Terms and Conditions
for Owner Managed Properties only
Please read carefully
When confirming your booking for an Owner Managed Property you will be required to pay a booking fee of £15 . In addition the payment required to secure your booking is 10% of the full rental price displayed on the website. Current VAT is charged on the booking fee plus the payment made to Coast Properties. The balance rental amount is payable directly to the owner and is the full rental amount less 10% plus VAT.
The payment made to Coast Properties is non refundable .
The contract being entering into is between the Hirer and the Owner In order to book an owner managed property with Coast Properties, we may need to check with the Owner for current availability. The Owner’s details will be given to you for arranging final balance payment and arrival details.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Neither Coast Properties nor any persons in their employ will be liable for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained by the hirer, any member of the party, or any person invited into the rented accommodation and grounds of the property during the holiday period.
The hirer must look after the property and leave it, the furniture and equipment in the same condition as on the day of arrival. The hirer must notify the owner of any damages or breakages and reimburse the company for such costs at the end of the holiday.
All properties are non-smoking and a minimum fine of £200.00 will be imposed if this policy is breached.
In the event of any complaint, The Owner must be notified before the departure date when the issues raised will be dealt with immediately. Un-inspected complaints or complaints notified after the property has been vacated cannot be upheld.
Should The Hirer wish to change the dates or the accommodation booked after these have been confirmed by Coast Properties an administration charge of £25.00 will be charged.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURE
Our bookings usually run from Saturday to Saturday and as we like to prepare the properties to a high standard of cleanliness, we are therefore unable to offer entry before 4.00pm (unless a prior arrangement is made). All properties must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and we ask that all clients ensure that no dirty dishes are left and that all perishables from the fridge are removed and disposed of. We would also appreciate if you would strip the beds and leave used linen on the bedroom floor as all our bedding is professionally laundered and would ask you not to put it in the washing machine.
KEY COLLECTION AND RETURNS
. Keys will be collected from The Owner on the day of arrival.

Coast Properties do not accept liability for accidents to visitors or any loss or damage to their property or vehicle. Coast Properties reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property or the comfort of the other visitors.
