Coast Properties is an experienced holiday let company offering Scottish self-catering holiday accommodation in East Lothian and Edinburgh.

Many of our holiday properties are located less than a mile from the sea on Scotland's 'sunshine coast' and close to the famous golf courses!

Meet our Company Director

Craig Douglas, Company Director of Coast Properties, sold a web-based caravanning business in 2007.

Whilst excluded from the industry he turned his attention to self-catering, and so Reserve Apartments and Bookster were formed.

Craig now runs Reserve Apartments, a self-catering agency with properties in Edinburgh, and is an active shareholder within Bookster, the company that provides our Property Management software.

In 2020 and 2021 Craig acquired Coast Properties and Lettings of Distinction respectively, which operate in East Lothian.

Craig and his wife also own a small portfolio of properties, some of which are holiday lets.

Craig divides his time between Edinburgh and East Lothian but resides in Edinburgh with his wife and two teenage children.
